Evidence Preservation for Fire Department Personnel - 4 Hrs.

Evidence Preservation for Fire Department Personnel is designed to assist fire department command personnel as well as firefighters and emergency medical personnel to recognize and preserve potential evidence from a criminal or negligent act.  The goal of this program is to educate non-law enforcement personnel about the importance of evidence, rules concerning evidence and the preservation of potential evidence.  Improper recognition and handling of evidence can seriously jeopardize the ability of an investigator to identify the actor and prosecute the crime.  Topics covered in this program include arson investigations, vehicle collisions, terrorist events, and medical emergencies.

Firefighter I & Firefighter II Preparation Program

Our Firefighter I and II preparation program is a customizable program designed to assist firefighters in obtaining the goal of Firefighter I and Firefighter II Certification in accordance with the NFPA Standard for Firefighter Professional Qualifications.

 The program of instruction ranges from 8 hours to 200 hours in length. You decide the level of training that is needed based on your current qualifications and competencies.  Our staff can prepare your students for the written tests and all of the possible practical skill stations.  We will take you on a step-by-step journey exposing your students to all of the necessary information that is required for successful completion of each test. 

 Our staff can assist you in applying for and taking the tests by providing all of the required prerequisite training and working with you and a test site in order to schedule your test. 

 Our instructors are certified FF I and FF II Evaluators; therefore you will be educated not only by individuals who have successfully passed the examinations but who also evaluate the examinations.
